Sunan Abi Dawud 1112
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying: When you tell (your brother on Friday) to be silent while the Imam is giving the sermon you are guilty of idle talk.
Grade: Sahih
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب تم نے امام کے خطبہ دینے کی حالت میں ( کسی سے ) کہا: چپ رہو، تو تم نے لغو کیا ۔
Aboohaira Razi Allahu Anhu Kehte Hain Ke Rasool Allah SAllallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya: Jab Tum Ne Imam Ke Khutbah Dene Ki Halat Mein (Kisi Se) Kaha: Chap Raho, To Tum Ne Lughoo Kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: إِذَا قُلْتَ أَنْصِتْ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَقَدْ لَغَوْتَ .
