Sunan Abi Dawud 4139
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘when one of you puts on sandals, he should put on his right one first, and when he takes them off, he should take off the left one first; so that the right one should be the first to be put on and the last to be taken off.

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب تم میں کوئی جوتا پہنے تو پہلے داہنے پاؤں سے شروع کرے، اور جب نکالے تو پہلے بائیں پاؤں سے نکالے، داہنا پاؤں پہنتے وقت شروع میں رہے اور اتارتے وقت اخیر میں ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jab tum mein koi jutta pehne to pehle daayen paon se shuru kare, aur jab nikale to pehle bayen paon se nikale, dayna paon pehnte waqt shuru mein rahe aur utarte waqt akhir mein.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِذَا انْتَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ، وَإِذَا نَزَعَ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالشِّمَالِ، لِتَكُنْ الْيَمِينُ أَوَّلَهُمَا يَنْتَعِلُ وَآخِرَهُمَا يَنْزِعُ .
