Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 1012
It is reported by Thabit al-Bannani that Anas used to oil his hand with scented oil in the morning for the sake of shaking hands with his brothers.

حضرت ثابت بنانی رحمہ اللہ سے روایت ہے کہ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے بھائیوں سے مصافحہ کرنے کے لیے روزانہ صبح اپنے ہاتھوں کو خوشبو دار تیل لگاتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، عَنْ قُرَيْشٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ هُوَ ابْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا كَانَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ ادَّهَنَ يَدَهُ بِدُهْنٍ طَيِّبٍ لِمُصَافَحَةِ إِخْوَانِهِ.
