It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Amr ibn Harith, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever loves to recite the Quran with strength, as it was revealed, then he should recite it like the recitation of Hadrat Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him."

حضرت عمروبن حارث رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جس شخص کو مضبوطی کے ساتھ اسی طرح قرآن پڑھنا پسند ہو جسے وہ نازل ہوا ہے تو اسے چاہئے کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کی طرح قرآن کریم کی تلاوت کرے۔
Hazrat Amr bin Harith (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jis shakhs ko mazbooti ke sath isi tarah Quran padhna pasand ho jise wo nazil hua hai to use chahiye ki Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki tarah Quran Kareem ki tilawat kare.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُصْطَلِقِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ غَضًّا كَمَا أُنْزِلَ، فَلْيَقْرَأْهُ عَلَى قِرَاءَةِ ابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ" .
