It is narrated on the authority of Ma'qil ibn Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the ruling on leveling the pebbles during prostration. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If there is no other option and it is absolutely necessary to do so, then do it only once."

حضرت معیقیب رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کسی شخص نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے سجدے میں کنکریوں کو برابر کرنے کا حکم پوچھا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر اس کے بغیر کوئی چارہ کار نہ ہو اور ایسا کرنا ہی ضروری ہو تو صرف ایک مرتبہ کرلیا کرو۔
Hazrat Maeqeeb razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki kisi shakhs ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se sajday mein kankariyon ko barabar karne ka hukm poocha to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar iske baghair koi chara kar na ho aur aisa karna hi zaroori ho to sirf ek martaba kar liya karo.

It is narrated on the authority of Mu'ayqib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Ruination is for the heels because of the fire of Hell.”

حضرت معیقیب رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ایڑیوں کے لئے جہنم کی آگ سے ہلاکت ہے۔
Hazrat Moaqiyb Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya erion ke liye jahannam ki aag se halaakat hai.
