It is narrated from a companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that in the year of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was seen pouring water over his head at the place of 'Arafat, due to thirst or heat.

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے سال نبی کریم ﷺ کو مقام عرج میں پیاس یا گرمی کی وجہ سے اپنے سر پر پانی ڈالتے ہوئے دیکھا گیا۔
aik sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh fath Makkah ke saal nabi kareem sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko maqam Araf mein pyaas ya garmi ki waja se apne sar par pani daalte huye dekha gaya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رُئِيَ بِالْعَرْجِ وَهُوَ يَصُبُّ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمَاءَ مِنَ الْحَرِّ، أَوْ مِنَ الْعَطَشِ، وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ" .
