Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10004
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not trade with each other outside the marketplace. No person should buy something that another person is already in the process of buying. Do not deceive one another. No city dweller should sell goods on behalf of a villager. And do not tie up the udders of a goat or a she-camel to make it seem like they produce more milk in order to sell them for a better price. If someone buys a goat or a she-camel that has been deceptively presented in this way, they have two options, whichever is preferable to them: they can either keep the animal (and consider the transaction void) or return the animal to the seller along with one Sa' of dates."

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تاجروں سے باہر باہر ہی مل کر سودا مت کیا کرو کوئی شخص دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے ایک دوسرے کو دھوکہ مت دو کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال تجارت فروخت نہ کرے اور اچھے داموں فروخت کرنے کے لئے بکری یا اونٹنی کے تھن مت باندھا کرو جو شخص (اس دھوکے کا شکار ہو کر) ایسی اونٹنی یا بکری خرید لے تو اسے دو میں سے ایک بات کا اختیار ہے جو اس کے حق میں بہتر ہو یا تو اس جانور کو اپنے پاس ہی رکھے (اور معاملہ رفع دفع کردے) یا پھر اس جانور کو مالک کے حوالے کردے اور ساتھ میں ایک صاع کھجور بھی دے۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tajiron se bahar bahar hi mil kar sauda mat kiya karo koi shakhs dusre ki bay par bay na kare ek dusre ko dhoka mat do koi shehri kisi dehati ka maal tijarat farokht na kare aur achhe damon farokht karne ke liye bakri ya untni ke than mat bandha karo jo shakhs (is dhoke ka shikar ho kar) aisi untni ya bakri kharid le to use do mein se ek baat ka ikhtiyar hai jo us ke haq mein behtar ho ya to is janwar ko apne pass hi rakhe (aur mamla rafa dafa karde) ya phir is janwar ko malik ke hawale karde aur sath mein ek sa'a khajoor bhi de.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَلَقَّوْا الرُّكْبَانَ، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ، فَمَنْ ابْتَاعَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْلُبَهَا، إِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا، رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ" .
