The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10057
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If knowledge were to be found at the star of Pleiades, even then (some of) the people of Persia would acquire it."
Grade: Da'if
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر علم ثریا ستارے پر بھی ہوا تو ابناء فارس کے کچھ لوگ اسے وہاں سے بھی حاصل کرلیں گے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar ilm sarya sitare par bhi hua to abnaye Faris ke kuch log usay wahan se bhi hasil kar lenge.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَوْ كَانَ الْعِلْمُ بِالثُّرَيَّا، لَتَنَاوَلَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ فَارِسَ" .
