Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10146
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Permission should be sought from a virgin woman for marriage. If she remains silent, then it is considered permission from her. And if she refuses, then there is no justification for forcing her."

گزشتہ سند سے ہی مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کنواری لڑکی سے نکاح کی اجازت لی جائے اگر وہ خاموش رہے تو یہ اس کی جانب سے اجازت تصور کی جائے گی اور اگر وہ انکار کردے تو اس پر زبردستی کرنے کا کوئی جواز نہیں ہے۔
Guzishta sanad se hi marvi hai keh nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kunwari larki se nikah ki ijazat li jaye agar wo khamosh rahe to ye us ki janib se ijazat tasawwur ki jaye gi aur agar wo inkar karde to us par zabardasti karne ka koi jawab nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا، وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا" .
