Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10316
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "A town dweller must not sell goods on behalf of a villager (exploiting his ignorance of the market price), nor should he cheat in trades. And no person should propose marriage to a woman when his brother (in Islam or blood relation) has already done so, nor should he outbid him in a sale. And no woman should ask for the divorce of her (real or foster) sister so as to take her place in marriage, for she (the divorced one) is entitled to what is in her share (of the Mahr fixed for her), but she should marry (the man after the `Idda) for her sustenance is incumbent upon Allah."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کے مال کو فروخت نہ کرے یا بیع میں دھوکہ نہ دے یا کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیج دے یا اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اپنی بیع نہ کرے اور کوئی عورت اپنی بہن (خواہ حقیقی ہو یا دینی) کی طلاق کا مطالبہ نہ کرے۔ کہ جو کچھ اس کے پیالے یا برتن میں ہے وہ بھی اپنے لئے سمیٹ لے بلکہ نکاح کرلے کیونکہ اس کا رزق بھی اللہ کے ذمے ہے
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi shehri kisi dehati ke mal ko farokht na kare ya bai mein dhoka na de ya koi aadmi apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bhej de ya apne bhai ki bai par apni bai na kare aur koi aurat apni behen (khah haqeeqi ho ya deeni) ki talaq ka mutalba na kare. Ke jo kuch us ke pyale ya bartan mein hai woh bhi apne liye samet le balke nikah karle kyunki us ka rizq bhi Allah ke zimme hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَبِيعَنَّ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يُسَاوِمْ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا تَسْأَلْ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا، وَلِتُنْكَحَ، فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهَا" .
