Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11438
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that we received captives at the time of the Battle of Hunayn. We wanted to release them for ransom, so we asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding coitus interruptus. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do as you wish, for what Allah has decreed will come to pass, and not every (drop of) water results in a child."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہمیں غزوہ حنین کے موقع پر قیدی ملے، ہم چاہتے تھے کہ انہیں فدیہ لے کر چھوڑ دیں، اس لئے نبی ﷺ سے عزل کے متعلق سوال پوچھا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا تم جو مرضی کرلو، اللہ نے جو فیصلہ فرما لیا ہے وہ ہو کر رہے گا اور پانی کے ہر قطرے سے بچہ پیدا نہیں ہوتا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai keh humain Ghazwah Hunain ke mauqe per qaidi milay, hum chahte thay keh unhein fidya lekar chhor dein, is liye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se azal ke mutalliq sawal poocha, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum jo marzi karlo, Allah ne jo faisla farma liya hai wo ho kar rahega aur pani ke har qatre se bachcha paida nahi hota.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ، فَكُنَّا نَلْتَمِسُ فِدَاءَهُنَّ، فَسَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ، فَقَالَ:" اصْنَعُوا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ، فَمَا قَضَى اللَّهُ فَهُوَ كَائِنٌ، فَلَيْسَ مِنْ كُلِّ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ الْوَلَدُ".
