Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11508
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would leave his house on the day of Eid al-Fitr (for the Eid prayer ground) and lead the people in two rak'ahs of prayer. Then he would move forward and face the people, who would remain seated, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would urge them three times to give charity. Most often, women would give earrings, rings, etc. in charity on this occasion. Then, if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had any need related to the army, he would make an announcement, otherwise, he would leave.

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ عیدالفطر کے دن اپنے گھر سے (عید گاہ کے لئے) نکلتے اور لوگوں کو دو رکعت نماز پڑھاتے، پھر آگے بڑھ کر لوگوں کی جانب رخ فرما لیتے، لوگ بیٹھے رہتے اور نبی ﷺ انہیں تین مرتبہ صدقہ کرنے کی ترغیب دیتے، اکثر عورتیں اس موقع پر بالیاں اور انگوٹھیاں وغیرہ صدقہ دیا کرتی تھیں، پھر اگر نبی ﷺ کو لشکر کے حوالے سے کوئی ضرورت ہوتی تو آپ ﷺ بیان فرما دیتے، ورنہ چلے جاتے۔
Hazrat Abusaid (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Eid-ul-Fitr ke din apne ghar se (Eidgah ke liye) nikalte aur logon ko do rakat namaz parhate, phir aage badh kar logon ki janib rukh farma lete, log baithe rahte aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) unhen teen martaba sadqa karne ki targhib dete, aksar auraten is mauqa par baaliyan aur anguthiyan waghaira sadqa diya karti thin, phir agar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko lashkar ke hawale se koi zaroorat hoti to Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bayan farma dete, warna chale jate.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْرُجُ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ"، قَالَ يَحْيَى: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ: الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَى، فَيُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، فَيَقُومُ قَائِمًا، فَيَسْتَقْبِلُ النَّاسَ بِوَجْهِهِ، وَيَقُولُ: تَصَدَّقُوا، فَكَانَ أَكْثَرَ مَنْ يَتَصَدَّقُ النِّسَاءُ. قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: بِالْخَاتَمِ وَالْقُرْطِ وَالشَّيْءِ، فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ أَوْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَضَعَ بَعْثًا، تَكَلَّمَ، وَإِلَّا انْصَرَفَ.
