Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11560
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever fasts one day for the sake of Allah, Allah will distance him from the Fire a distance of seventy years due to the blessing of that day.”

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص راہ اللہ میں ایک دن کا روزہ رکھے، اللہ اس دن کی برکت سے اسے جہنم سے ستر سال کی مسافت پر دور کر دے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Said Khudri raziallahu anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs rah Allah mein ek din ka roza rakhe, Allah uss din ki barkat se use jahannam se sattar saal ki musafat par door kar dega.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنِ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ النَّارَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا".
