Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11632
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade two types of sale transactions: a sale involving clothing where possession is not transferred, and a sale made by throwing a pebble or clod of earth to signify acceptance.

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دو قسم کے لباس اور چھو کر یا کنکری پھینک کر خریدو فروخت کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne do qisam ke libas aur chhu kar ya kankri phenk kar khareed o farokht karne se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عن لِبْسَتَيْنِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ: اللِّمَاسِ، وَالنِّبَاذِ".
