Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11680
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the people of Banu Qurayza agreed to lay down their arms on the decision of Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) summoned Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him). He came riding his mount. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Stand up to receive your chief." Then he said to him, "These people have agreed to lay down their arms on your decision." He ( Sa'd) said, "I decide that their fighting men should be killed and their children be taken as prisoners." Upon hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "You have given the same judgment as the judgment of Allah."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب بنو قریظہ کے لوگوں نے حضرت سعد بن معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے فیصلے پر ہتھیار ڈالنے کے لئے رضا مندی ظاہر کردی، تو نبی ﷺ نے حضرت سعد بن معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو بلا بھیجا، وہ اپنی سواری پر سوار ہو کر آئے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اپنے سردار کا کھڑے ہو کر استقبال کرو، پھر ان سے فرمایا کہ یہ لوگ آپ کے فیصلے پر ہتھیار ڈالنے کے لئے تیار ہوگئے، انہوں نے عرض کیا کہ آپ ان کے جنگجو افراد کو قتل کروا دیں اور ان کے بچوں کو قیدی بنالیں، نبی ﷺ نے یہ سن کر فرمایا تم نے وہی فیصلہ کیا جو اللہ کا فیصلہ ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki jab Banu Qurayza ke logon ne Hazrat Saad bin Muaz Razi Allah Anhu ke faisle par hathiyar dalne ke liye raza mandi zahir kardi to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hazrat Saad bin Muaz Razi Allah Anhu ko bula bheja woh apni sawari par sawar ho kar aaye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya apne sardar ka kharay ho kar istekbal karo phir unse farmaya ki ye log aap ke faisle par hathiyar dalne ke liye tayyar hogaye unhon ne arz kiya ke aap inke jangju afrad ko qatal karwa den aur inke bachchon ko qaidi banalen Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye sun kar farmaya tum ne wohi faisla kiya jo Allah ka faisla hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ بْنَ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ : أَنَّ أَهْلَ قُرَيْظَةَ لَمَّا نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ أرسل إليه رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَاءَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" قُومُوا إِلَى سَيِّدِكُمْ" أَوْ إِلَى خَيْرِكُمْ، فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِكَ" , قَالَ: إِنِّي أَحْكُمُ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتُهُمْ، وَتُسْبَى ذَرَارِيُّهُمْ، قَالَ:" لَقَدْ حَكَمْتَ بِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ".
