Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11742
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When you hear the Adhan, repeat the same words that the Mu'adhdhin is reciting.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم اذان سنو تو وہی جملے کہا کرو جو مؤذن کہتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne farmaya jab tum azan suno to wohi jumle kaha karo jo muazzin kehta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ غُنْدَرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ النِّدَاءَ، فَقُولُوا مِثْلَ مَا يَقُولُ".
