Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 12138
Hamid Rahimahullah said that a person asked Anas Radi Allahu Anhu about the sale of fruits, so he replied that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before they ripen.

حمید رحمہ اللہ کہتے تھے کہ کسی شخص نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے پھلوں کی بیع کے متعلق پوچھا تو انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ نبی ﷺ نے پھل پکنے سے پہلے ان کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hamid Rahmatullah Allah kahte the k kisi shakhs ne Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se phalon ki bay ke mutalliq poocha to unhon ne jawab diya k Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phal pakne se pehle un ki bay se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ؟، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" عَنْ بَيْعِ ثَمَرَةِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ"، قِيلَ لِأَنَسٍ: مَا تَزْهُو؟، قَالَ: تَحْمَرُّ.
