Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 12194
It is narrated on the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted incantations for the evil eye, (the sting of) a scorpion and pleurisy.

حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے نظر بد، ڈنک اور نملہ (جس کی بیماری میں پسلی دانوں سے بھر جاتی ہے) کے لئے جھاڑ پھونک کی اجازت دی ہے۔
Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne nazar bad, dank aur namla (jis ki bimari mein pasli danon se bhar jati hai) ke liye jhar phoonk ki ijazat di hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ:" رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرُّقْيَةِ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ، وَالنَّمْلَةِ وَالْحُمَةِ".
