Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 12282
It is narrated on the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted the use of Ruqya (incantations) for the evil eye, the sting of an insect, and Namlah (a disease in which the ribs become filled with nodules).

حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے نظر بد، ڈنک اور نملہ (جس کی بیماری میں پسلی دانوں سے بھر جاتی ہے) کے لئے جھاڑ پھونک کی اجازت دی ہے۔
Hazrat Anas Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne nazar bad, dank aur namla (jis ki bimari mein pasli daanon se bhar jati hai) ke liye jhaar phoonk ki ijazat di hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ:" رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرُّقْيَةِ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ، وَالْحُمَةِ، وَالنَّمْلَةِ".
