Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 12561
It was narrated from Anas Radi Allahu Anhu that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A believer is one from whom the people are safe and secure. A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe and secure. A Muhajir (emigrant) is one who gives up sins, and by Allah, in whose hand is my soul, no one will enter Paradise until his neighbor is safe from his harm.”

حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا مومن وہ ہے جس سے لوگ مامون ہوں، مسلمان وہ ہوتا ہے جس کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے دوسرے مسلمان سلامت رہیں، مہاجر وہ ہوتا ہے جو گناہوں سے ہجرت کرلے اور اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے، کوئی شخص اس وقت تک جنت میں داخل نہ ہوگا جب تک اس کے پڑوسی اس کی ایذاء رسانی سے محفوظ نہ ہوں۔
Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya momin wo hai jisse log mamun hon, musalman wo hota hai jiski zaban aur hath se dusre musalman salamat rahen, muhajir wo hota hai jo gunahon se hijrat karle aur is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai, koi shakhs us waqt tak jannat mein dakhil na hoga jab tak uske padosi uski aiza rasani se mahfooz na hon.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، وَيُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، وَحُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" الْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ، وَالْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ السُّوءَ، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ عَبْدٌ لَا يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَائِقَهُ".
