Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14214
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a slave who possesses wealth, then his wealth belongs to the seller (seller), unless the buyer stipulates (a condition to the contrary)."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص کسی ایسے غلام کو بیچے جس کے پاس مال ہو، تو اس کا مال بائع (بچنے والا) کا ہو گا۔ الاّ یہ کہ مشتری (خریدنے والا) شرط لگا دے۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs kisi aise gulam ko beche jis ke pass mal ho, to uska mal bai' (bechne wala) ka hoga. Illa yeh ki mushtari (kharidne wala) shart laga de.“
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ : حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ، فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ".
