Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14295
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that when my father was martyred in the Battle of Uhud and was brought and laid before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a cloth was covering him. I began to remove the cloth from his face, but the people started to stop me. However, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not stop me. In the meantime, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) heard a woman crying. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Who is this?" The people replied, "The daughter of Amr or the sister of Amr." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Why are you crying? The angels were continuously shading him until he was lifted (to the heavens)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب میرے والد صاحب غزوہ احد میں شہید ہوئے اور انہیں نبی ﷺ کے سامنے لا کر رکھا گیا، ان پر کپڑا ڈھانپ دیا گیا تھا تو میں ان کے چہرے سے کپڑا ہٹانے لگا، لوگوں نے مجھے منع کرنا شروع کر دیا، لیکن نبی ﷺ نے مجھے منع نہیں کیا، اسی اثناء میں نبی ﷺ نے ایک عورت کے رونے کی آواز سنی، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”یہ کون ہے“، لوگوں نے بتایا: بنت عمرو یا اخت عمرو، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم کیوں رو رہی ہو، فرشتے اس پر مسلسل سایہ کئے رہے یہاں تک کہ اسے اٹھا لیا گیا۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki jab mere walid sahab ghazwa uhud mein shaheed huye aur unhen Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne la kar rakha gaya, un par kapda dhaanp diya gaya tha to main un ke chehre se kapda hatane laga, logon ne mujhe mana karna shuru kar diya, lekin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe mana nahin kiya, isi asna mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek aurat ke rone ki aawaz suni, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Yeh kaun hai“, logon ne bataya: Binti Amr ya Ukht Amr, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Tum kyun ro rahi ho, farishte us par musalsal saaya kiye rahe yahan tak ki use utha liya gaya.“.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، سَمِعَ جَابِرًا ، يَقُولُ: جِيءَ بِأَبِي يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ، فَوُضِعَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُسَجًّى، فَجَعَلْتُ أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَكْشِفَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ، وَيَنْهَانِي قَوْمِي، فَسَمِعَ بَاكِيَةً وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: صَوْتَ صَائِحَةٍ، فَقَالَ:" مَنْ هَذَا؟" فَقَالُوا: ابْنَةُ عَمْرٍو أَوْ أُخْتُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ:" فَلِمَ تَبْكِينَ أَوْ قَالَ أَتَبْكِينَ؟ فَمَا زَالَتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تُظِلُّهُ بِأَجْنِحَتِهَا حَتَّى رُفِعَتْ".
