Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14350
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before they are ripe and of good quality.
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے پھل کے خوب پک کر عمدہ ہو جانے سے قبل اس کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phal ke khoob pak kar umda ho jane se qabl us ki bay se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تَطِيبَ".
