The Musnad of Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مُسْنَدُ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14767

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade using the price of a cat.


Grade: Sahih

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بلی کی قیمت استعمال کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔

Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne billi ki qeemat istemaal karne se mana farmaya hai.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ السِّنَّوْرِ وَهُوَ الْقِطُّ".
