Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14827
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) offered the funeral prayer for Ashama, the Negus of Abyssinia, and we stood in rows behind him.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے نجاشی کی نماز جنازہ پڑھائی اور ہم نے ان کے پیچھے صفیں باندھ لیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne nijashi ki namaz janaza padhai aur humne unke peeche safein bandh lin.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" صَلَّى عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ وَصَفَفْنَا خَلْفَهُ صَفَّيْنِ".
