Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14876
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of Muhaqalah, Muzabanah, and fruits on lease for several years. However, he allowed a person to give his garden to a poor person as a loan. Benefit: For these Fiqh terms, refer to the books of Fiqh.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بیع محاقلہ ' مزابنہ ' بٹائی کئی سالوں کے ٹھیکے پر پھلوں کی فروخت منع فرمایا ہے البتہ اس بات کی اجازت دی ہے کہ کوئی شخص اپنے باغ کو عاریۃ کسی غریب کو حوالے کر دے۔ فائدہ: ان فقہی اصطلاحات کے لئے کتب فقہ کی طرف رجوع کیا جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Bay Muhaqala 'Muzabanah' batai kai salon ke theke par phalon ki farokht mana farmaya hai albatta is baat ki ijazat di hai ki koi shakhs apne bagh ko ariyatan kisi ghareeb ko hawale kar de. Faaida: In fiqhi istilahat ke liye kutub fiqh ki taraf ruju kiya jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ، حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ إِلَّا الْعَرَايَا".
