Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14933
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the place of Hudaybiyyah, we were afflicted with thirst. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had only one bowl from which he was performing ablution. People, distressed, came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his blessed hand in the bowl and said: "Say Bismillah and drink this water." And between the fingers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), water began to gush like springs. We all drank from it and performed ablution. The narrator asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), "How many of you were there?" He replied, "One thousand five hundred. And even if we were one hundred thousand, that water would still have been sufficient for us."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حدیبیہ کے مقام پر ہمیں پیاس نے ستایا نبی ﷺ کے پاس صرف ایک پیالہ تھا جس سے آپ وضو فرما رہے تھے لوگ گھبرائے ہوئے نبی ﷺ کے پاس آئے نبی ﷺ نے اس پیالے میں اپنے دست مبارک کو رکھ دیا اور فرمایا: بسم اللہ پڑھ کر یہ پانی لو اور نبی ﷺ کی انگلیوں کے درمیان چشموں کی طرح پانی ابلنے لگا ہم سب نے اسے پیا اور وضو کیا راوی نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ آپ کتنے لوگ تھے انہوں نے فرمایا: پندرہ سو اور اگر ہم ایک لاکھ بھی ہوتے تو تب بھی وہ پانی ہمارے لئے کافی ہوتا۔
Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Hudaibiya ke muqam par hamein pyaas ne sataya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas sirf ek pyaala tha jisse aap wuzu farma rahe the log ghabraye huye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us pyaale mein apne dast mubarak ko rakh diya aur farmaya Bismillah padh kar ye pani lo aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki ungliyon ke darmiyan chashmon ki tarah pani ubalne laga hum sab ne use piya aur wuzu kiya ravi ne Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se puchha ki aap kitne log the unhon ne farmaya pandrah sau aur agar hum ek lakh bhi hote to tab bhi wo pani hamare liye kafi hota.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي حُصَيْنٌ ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، سمعا سالما ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا ، قَالَ: أَصَابَنَا عَطَشٌ، فَجَهَشْنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" فَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ فِي تَوْرٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَجَعَلَ يَثُورُ مِنْ خِلَالِ أَصَابِعِهِ، كَأَنَّهَا عُيُونٌ"، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو وحُصَيْنٌ: كِلَاهُمَا قَالَ:" خُذُوا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ"، حَتَّى وَسِعَنَا وَكَفَانَا، وَقَالَ لِجَابِرٍ: كَمْ كُنْتُمْ؟، قَالَ: كُنَّا أَلْفًا وَخَمْسَ مِائَةٍ، وَلَوْ كُنَّا مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ لَكَفَانَا.
