Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15037
Once, Hasan bin Muhammad asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about Ghusl (ritual bath). He said, "Wet the hair thoroughly and wash the body." He asked, "How did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) perform Ghusl?" He replied, "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would pour water over his head three times." He said, "But my hair is very long." Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had more hair on his blessed head than you, in terms of both number and length, and they were the most fragrant."

ایک مرتبہ حسن بن محمد نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے غسل ت کے متعلق پوچھا: انہوں نے فرمایا کہ بالوں کو خوب تربتر کر لو اور جسم کو دھو ڈالو انہوں نے پوچھا کہ نبی ﷺ کس طرح غسل کرتے تھے انہوں نے جواب دیا نبی ﷺ تین مرتبہ اپنے سر سے پانی بہاتے تھے وہ کہنے لگے کہ میرے توبال لمبے بہت ہیں سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ کے سر مبارک میں تعداد کے اعتبار سے تم سے زیادہ بال لمبے تھے اور مہک کے اعتبار سے بھی سب سے زیادہ لمبے تھے۔
aik martaba hasan bin muhammad ne syedna jabir razi allaho anho se ghusal ke mutalliq poocha unhon ne farmaya keh baalon ko khoob tarbatar kar lo aur jism ko dho daalo unhon ne poocha keh nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam kis tarah ghusal karte thy unhon ne jawab diya nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam teen martaba apne sar se pani bahaty thy woh kehne lage keh mere to baal lambe bahut hain syedna jabir razi allaho anho ne farmaya keh nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke sar mubarak mein tadaad ke aitbaar se tum se ziada baal lambe thy aur mahak ke aitbaar se bhi sab se ziada lambe thy.
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ , حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ , عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ , عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِقْسَمٍ , قَالَ: كُنْتُ مَعَ حَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ , فَسَأَلَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ غُسْلِ الْجَنَابَةِ , فَقَالَ: تَبُلُّ الشَّعْرَ , وَتَغْسِلُ الْبَشَرَ، قَالَ: رَأْسِي كَثِيرُ الشَّعْرِ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يَحْثُو عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثَلَاثَ حَثَيَاتٍ مِنَ الْمَاءِ"، قَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ: رَأْسِي كَثِيرُ الشَّعْرِ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَأْسُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكْثَرَ وَأَطْيَبَ.
