Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15055
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of Eid al-Fitr, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would first lead the prayer and after the prayer, he would address the people.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ عیدالفطر کے دن نبی ﷺ پہلے نماز پڑھاتے تھے نماز کے بعد لوگوں سے خطاب فرماتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Eid ul Fitr ke din Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) pehle namaz parhate thay, namaz ke bad logon se khitab farmate thay.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ , عَنْ عَطَاءٍ , عَنْ جَابِرٍ , قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يُصَلِّي يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ , ثُمَّ يَخْطُبُ".
