Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15144
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), an arrow struck the vein of the arm of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it with a broad-headed arrow with his blessed hand. When it bled, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it again.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن معاذ کے بازو کی رگ میں ایک تیر لگ گیا نبی ﷺ نے اسے اپنے دست مبارک سے چوڑے پھل کے تیر سے داغا وہ سوج گیا تو نبی ﷺ نے دوبارہ داغا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Sayyidna Saad bin Muaz ke bazu ki rag mein ek teer lag gaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use apne dast mubarak se chaure phal ke teer se daagha woh suj gaya tou Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dobara daagha.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ , عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ , قَالَ: رُمِيَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ فِي أَكْحَلِهِ ," فَحَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ بِمِشْقَصٍ" , قَالَ: ثُمَّ وَرِمَتْ، قَالَ:" فَحَسَمَهُ الثَّانِيَةَ".
