The Musnad of Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مُسْنَدُ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15184
And I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that a man should not make his naked body touch another man's, and a woman should not make her naked body touch another woman's. Abu Zubair said: I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Do you consider sins to be shirk? He said: I seek refuge in Allah.

اور میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ مرد دوسرے مرد کے ساتھ اپنا برہنہ جسم نہ لگائے اور عورت دوسری عورت کے ساتھ اپنا برہنہ جسم نہ لگائے۔ ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ آپ لوگ گناہوں کو شرک سمجھتے ہیں انہوں نے فرمایا کہ اللہ کی پناہ۔
aur maine nabi salallahu alaihi wasallam ko yeh farmate huye suna hai ki mard dusre mard ke sath apna barahna jism na lagaye aur aurat dusri aurat ke sath apna barahna jism na lagaye. abuz zubair kahte hain ki maine sayyadna jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se pucha ki aap log gunaahon ko shirk samjhte hain unhon ne farmaya ki allah ki panah.
(حديث موقوف) وَسَمِعْت رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" لَا تُبَاشِرِ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ، وَلَا يُبَاشِرِ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ"، قَالَ: فَقُلْنَا لِجَابِرٍ أَكُنْتُمْ تَعُدُّونَ الذُّنُوبَ شِرْكًا؟، قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللَّهِ.
