Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15507
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna 'Amr ibn Ahwas that I was present at the Farewell Sermon of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. He was asking, "What day is today?" Then he mentioned the sermon of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah.

سیدنا عمرو بن احوص سے مروی ہے کہ میں نبی ﷺ کے خطبہ حجتہ الوداع میں شریک تھا آپ دریافت فرما رہے تھے کہ آج کون سا دن ہے پھر انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کے دس ذی الحجہ کے خطبے کا ذکر کیا۔
Sayyidna Amr bin Ahwas se marvi hai ki mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke khutba Hajjatul Wida mein sharik tha aap daryaft farma rahe the ki aaj kaun sa din hai phir unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke das zi al-hijja ke khutbe ka zikr kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ الْبَارِقِيِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَقَالَ:" أَيُّ يَوْمٍ يَوْمُكُمْ؟" , فَذَكَرَ خُطْبَتَهُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ.
