Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16070
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Uthman that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade the picking up of lost items dropped by the pilgrims.

سیدنا عبدالرحمن بن عثمان سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حاجیوں کی گری پڑی چیزوں کو اٹھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Abdur Rahman bin Usman se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hajiyon ki giri pari cheezon ko uthane se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ , وَهَارُونُ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ لُقَطَةِ الْحَاجِّ". وَقَالَ هَارُونُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ. قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ هَارُونَ.
