Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16450
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zaid, may Allah be pleased with him, that a man complained in the court of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that sometimes during prayer he felt as if his ablution had been nullified. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Do not leave [your prayer] until you smell an odor or hear a sound.

سیدنا عبداللہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے بارگاہ نبوت میں یہ شکایت کی کہ بعض اوقات اسے دوران نماز محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ جیسے اس کا وضو ٹوٹ گیا ہو؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس وقت تک واپس نہ جاؤ جب کہ تم بو محسوس کرنے لگو یا آواز سن لو۔
Sayyeda Abdullah bin Zaid Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ke aik aadmi ne bargah e nabuyat mein yeh shikayat ki ke baaz auqaat usey doran e namaz mehsoos hota hai ke jaise uska wazu toot gaya ho. Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Iss waqt tak wapas na jao jab tak tum boo mehsoos karne lago ya aawaz sun lo.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ ، أَنَّهُ شَكَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّجُلُ يَجِدُ الشَّيْءَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ يُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ قَدْ كَانَ مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ:" لَا يَنْفَتِلُ حَتَّى يَجِدَ رِيحًا أَوْ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا".
