Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17463
It is narrated on the authority of Habib bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) bestowed upon me a gift from one-third after (distributing) Khums.

حضرت حبیب بن مسلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے میرے سامنے خمس کے بعد تہائی میں سے انعام بھی عطا فرمایا۔
Hazrat Habib bin Muslimah RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne mere samne khums ke baad tehtai mein se inaam bhi ata farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ زَيد بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ ، قَالَ:" شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ الثُّلُثَ" .
