Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18306
It is narrated on the authority of Safwan Zahri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Offer prayer in the cool of the day, for the intensity of heat is from the blowing of the Hellfire."

حضرت صفوان زہری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا نماز کو ٹھنڈے وقت میں پڑھا کرو کیونکہ گرمی کی شدت جہنم کی تپش کا اثر ہوتی ہے۔
Hazrat Safwan Zahri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya namaz ko thhande waqt mein parha karo kyunki garmi ki shiddat jahannam ki tapish ka asar hoti hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " أَبْرِدُوا بِالظُّهْرِ، فَإِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ" .
