The Hadith of Jundub al-Bajali (may Allah be pleased with him)
حَدِيثُ جُنْدُبٍ الْبَجَلِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18807
It is narrated by Jundub (May Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) got a wound on his finger and it started bleeding. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "It is just a finger that got wounded and bled, and you have not faced any major difficulty in the way of Allah."

اور حضرت جندب رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی انگلی پر کوئی زخم آیا اور اس میں سے خون بہنے لگا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تو ایک انگلی ہی ہے تو خون آلود ہوگئی ہے اور اللہ کے راستے میں تجھے کوئی بڑی تکلیف تو نہیں آئی۔
Aur Hazrat Jundab Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki ungli par koi zakhm aaya aur us mein se khoon behne laga to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya to ek ungli hi hai to khoon aalud hogayi hai aur Allah ke raste mein tujhe koi badi takleef to nahi aayi.
قال: قال: سَمِعْت جُنْدُبًا، يَقُولُ: دَمِيَتْ إِصْبَعُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " هَلْ أَنْتِ إِلَّا إِصْبَعٌ دَمِيتِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مَا لَقِيتِ" .
