Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18918
It is narrated on the authority of Masoor bin Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a few days after the death of her husband, Sabi'ah gave birth to a child. She then became ready for another marriage and asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for permission to marry. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave her permission and she married again.

حضرت مسور بن مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سبیعہ کے یہاں اپنے شوہر کی وفات کے چند دن بعد ہی بچے کی ولادت ہوگئی اور وہ دوسرے رشتے کے لئے تیار ہونے لگیں اور نبی کریم ﷺ سے نکاح کی اجازت مانگی نبی کریم ﷺ نے انہیں اجازت دے دی اور انہوں نے دوسرا نکاح کرلیا۔
Hazrat Masoor bin Mukhrama RA se marvi hai ke Sabiya ke yahan apne شوہر ki wafat ke chand din baad hi bache ki wiladat hogayi aur wo dusre rishte ke liye taiyar hone lagi aur Nabi Kareem SAW se nikah ki ijazat maangi Nabi Kareem SAW ne unhen ijazat de di aur unhon ne dusra nikah karliya.
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ،" أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَلَمْ تَمْكُثْ إِلَّا لَيَالِيَ حَتَّى وَضَعَتْ، فَلَمَّا تَعَلَّتْ مِنْ نِفَاسِهَا خُطِبَتْ، فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي النِّكَاحِ، فَأَذِنَ لَهَا أَنْ تَنْكِحَ، فَنَكَحَتْ" ..
