Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20225
It is narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that there were very few sermons in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not enjoin charity and forbid taking a share from the spoils of war.

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ بہت کم کسی خطبے میں ایسا ہوتا تھا کہ نبی ﷺ نے صدقہ کا حکم نہ دیا ہو اور اس میں مثلہ کرنے کی ممانعت نہ کی ہو۔
Hazrat Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki bahut kam kisi khutbe mein aisa hota tha ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne sadqah ka hukm na diya ho aur is mein musla karne ki mamanat na ki ho.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَن الْحَسَنِ ، عَن سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ:" مَا خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُطْبَةً إِلَّا نَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ، وَأَمَرَنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ" .
