ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2031
Umar ibn Mutab said that Abu Hasan, the freed slave of Abu Naufal, asked Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with both of them, this question: If a slave has a slave woman in his marriage and he divorces her twice and then sets her free, can he then send her a proposal of marriage again? He said: Yes! The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has given a verdict concerning this.

عمربن معتب کہتے ہیں کہ ابونوفل کے آزاد کردہ غلام ابوحسن نے سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے یہ مسئلہ پوچھا کہ اگر کسی غلام کے نکاح میں کوئی باندی ہو اور وہ اسے دو طلاقیں دے کر آزاد کر دے تو کیا وہ دوبارہ اس کے پاس پیغام نکاح بھیج سکتا ہے؟ فرمایا: ہاں! نبی ﷺ نے اس کا فیصلہ فرمایا ہے۔
Umar bin Muatab kehte hain ki Abu Nawfal ke aazaad kardah ghulam Abu Hasan ne Sayyidna Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu anhuma se ye masla poocha ki agar kisi ghulam ke nikah mein koi bandi ho aur wo use do talaaqain de kar aazaad kar de to kya wo dobara uske paas paigham nikah bhij sakta hai? Farmaya: Haan! Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne iska faisla farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ مُعَتِّبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أَبَا حَسَنٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي نَوْفَلٍ أَخْبَرَهُ،" أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ تَحْتَهُ مَمْلُوكَةٌ، فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ عَتَقَا، هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَخْطُبَهَا؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَضَى بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ".
