Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20379
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No ruler should judge between two men while he is angry."

حضرت ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کوئی حاکم دو آدمیوں کے درمیان غصے کی حالت میں فیصلہ نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Bakrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya koi hakim do aadmiyon ke darmiyaan ghusse ki halat mein faisla na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَقْضِي الْحَاكِمُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ" .
