Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20971
Samak says that I asked Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, about the prayer of the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. He said that the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite Surah Qaf and similar surahs in the Fajr prayer.

سماک کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے نبی ﷺ کی نماز کے متعلق دریافت کیا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ نماز فجر میں سورت ق اور اس جیسی سورتوں کی تلاوت کرتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْفَجْرِ بِ" ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ"، وَنَحْوِهَا" .
