Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21804
It is narrated by a cousin of Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) "whose name was Iyaz" "in whose marriage was also the daughter of Usama (may Allah be pleased with him)" that once in the presence of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a man was mentioned who had come out of a lush green area, when he reached near Madinah, he was caught by an epidemic. Hearing this, people got scared, but the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I hope that this epidemic will not reach us by coming out of the holes of Madinah."

حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ کے ایک چچا زاد بھائی " جن کا نام عیاض تھا " سے مروی ہے " جن کے نکاح میں حضرت اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی صاحبزادی بھی تھیں " کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے سامنے ایک آدمی کا تذکرہ ہوا جو کسی شاداب علاقے سے نکلا، جب وہ مدینہ منورہ کے قریب پہنچا تو اسے وباء نے آگھیرا یہ سن کر لوگ خوفزادہ ہوگئے لیکن نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مجھے امید ہے کہ یہ وباء مدینہ منورہ کے سوراخوں سے نکل کر ہم تک نہیں پہنچے گی۔
Hazrat Osama bin Zaid razi Allah anhu ke aik chacha zad bhai " jin ka naam Ayaaz tha " se marvi hai " jin ke nikah mein Hazrat Osama razi Allah anhu ki sahibzadi bhi thin " keh aik martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne aik aadmi ka tazkara hua jo kisi shadab ilaqe se nikla, jab woh Madina Munawwara ke qareeb pahuncha to usey waba ne aaghira yeh sunkar log khaufzada hogaye lekin Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mujhe umeed hai ki yeh waba Madina Munawwara ke suraakh se nikal kar hum tak nahin pahunche gi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ , حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَمٍّ لِأُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: عِيَاضٌ وَكَانَتْ بِنْتُ أُسَامَةَ تَحْتَهُ , قَالَ: ذُكِرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ مِنْ بَعْضِ الْأَرْيَافِ , حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ بِبَعْضِ الطَّرِيقِ , أَصَابَهُ الْوَبَاءُ , قَالَ: فَأَفْزَعَ ذَلِكَ النَّاسَ , قَالَ: فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ لَا يَطْلُعَ عَلَيْنَا نِقَابُهَا" يَعْنِي الْمَدِينَة. وحَدَّثَنَاه الْهَاشِمِيُّ , وَيَعْقُوبُ , وَقَالَا جَمِيعًا: إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ أُسَامَةَ ..
