Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22569
It was narrated by Abu Qatada (may Allah be pleased with him) that, in the year of Hudaibiyah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) put on the Ihram for Umrah and set out. On this journey, Abu Qatada (may Allah be pleased with him) also put on the Ihram. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had already been informed that he might encounter the enemy at a place called "Gheeqah". Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) set out and I was also going with my companions when suddenly they started laughing upon seeing each other. When I paid attention, I saw a wild donkey. I asked them for help but they refused to help me because they were in the state of Ihram.

حضرت ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حدیبیہ کے سال نبی کریم ﷺ عمرہ کا احرام باندھ کر روانہ ہوئے اس سفر میں ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے احرام باندھا تھا اور نبی کریم ﷺ کو پہلے ہی بتادیا گیا تھا کہ " غیقہ " نامی جگہ میں دشمن سے آمنا سامنا ہوسکتا ہے پھر نبی کریم ﷺ روانہ ہوگئے میں بھی اپنے ساتھیوں کے ساتھ چلا جا رہا تھا کہ اچانک وہ ایک دوسرے کو دیکھ کر ہنسنے لگے میں نے جب غور کیا تو مجھے ایک جنگلی گدھا نظر آیا میں نے ان سے مدد کی درخواست کی لیکن انہوں نے محرم ہونے کی وجہ سے میری مدد کرنے سے انکار کردیا۔
Hazrat Abu Qatada Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki Hudaibiya ke saal Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Umrah ka ahram bandh kar rawana hue is safar mein Abu Qatada Razi Allah Anhu ne ahram bandha tha aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko pehle hi bata diya gaya tha ki "Gheeqah" nami jaga mein dushman se aamna samna ho sakta hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) rawana hogaye mein bhi apne saathiyon ke sath chala ja raha tha ki achanak woh ek dusre ko dekh kar hansne lage mein ne jab gौर kiya to mujhe ek jungli gadha nazar aaya mein ne un se madad ki darkhwast ki lekin unhon ne muhrim hone ki wajah se meri madad karne se inkar kar diya.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: أَحْرَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ وَلَمْ يُحْرِمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: وَحُدِّثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ عَدُوًّا بِغِيفَةَ، فَانْطَلَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَيْنَمَا أَنَا مَعَ أَصْحَابِي، فَضَحِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ، فَنَظَرْتُ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِحِمَارِ وَحْشٍ، فَاسْتَعَنْتُهُمْ، فَأَبَوْا أَنْ يُعِينُونِي، فَحَمَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَثْبَتُّهُ، فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْ لَحْمِهِ، وَخَشِينَا أَنْ نُقْتَطَعَ، فَانْطَلَقْتُ أَطْلُبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَعَلْتُ أَرْفَعُ فَرَسِي شَأْوًا، وَأَسِيرُ شَأْوًا، وَلَقِيتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارٍ فِي جَوْفِ اللَّيْلِ، فَقُلْتُ: أَيْنَ تَرَكْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: تَرَكْتُهُ وَهُوَ بِتِعْهِنَ، وَهُوَ مِمَّا يَلِي السُّقْيَا فَأَدْرَكْتُهُ، فَقُلْتُ:" يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَصْحَابَكَ يُقْرِئُونَكَ السَّلَامَ وَرَحْمَةَ اللَّهِ، وَقَدْ خَشُوا أَنْ يُتَقََطَّعُوا دُونَكَ، فَانْتَظِرْهُمْ , قَالَ: فَانْتَظَرَهُمْ، قُلْتُ: وَقَدْ أَصَبْتُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ فَاضِلَةٌ , فَقَالَ لِلْقَوْمِ: " كُلُوا" , وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ .
