Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23601
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Humayd Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Gifts and presents for officials are a betrayal (of trust)."

حضرت ابوحمید ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا عمال کے ہدایا اور تحائف خیانت ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Humaid Saidi RA se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem SAW ne irshad farmaya amal ke hadaya aur tohfe khiyanat hain.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " هَدَايَا الْعُمَّالِ غُلُولٌ" .
