Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24078

Hazrat Aisha (RA) narrates that the Prophet (PBUH) used to cut the hand of a thief who stole an amount equivalent to four dinars or more.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زیادہ کی چوری کرنے والے کا ہاتھ کاٹ دیتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" كَانَ يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ الدِّينَارِ فَصَاعِدًا" .
