Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24095
Narrated Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would pray the afternoon prayer when the sunlight entered and shone in my room and a shadow had not yet become distinct.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ عصر کی نماز اس وقت پڑھتے تھے جبکہ سورج کی روشنی میرے حجرے میں چمک رہی ہوتی تھی اور اس وقت تک سایہ نمایاں نہیں ہوتا تھا۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Asr ki namaz us waqt parhte thay jabke Suraj ki roshni mere hujre mein chamak rahi hoti thi aur us waqt tak saya numaya nahi hota tha.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ طَالِعَةٌ فِي حُجْرَتِي، لَمْ يَظْهَرْ الْفَيْءُ بَعْدُ" .
