Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24731

It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would observe Itikaf (seclusion in the mosque), he would only enter his house for necessary human needs.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ معتکف ہوتے تو محض انسانی ضرورت کی وجہ سے ہی گھر میں داخل ہوتے تھے۔

Hazrat Aisha Radi Allah Anha se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aitkaf hote to mahj insani zarurat ki waja se hi ghar mein dakhil hote thay.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ:" كُنْتُ أُرَجِّلُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ , وَكَانَ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ" .
