Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24810
Sa'd ibn Hisham said: Once I was in the presence of Aisha and said: "O Mother of the Believers! I want to renounce the world." She said: "Don't do that. Don't you read in the Quran, 'There is indeed for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example'? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also married and had children."

سعد بن ہشام کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں حضرت عائشہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا اے ام المومنین! میں گوشہ نشین ہونا چاہتا ہوں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ایسا مت کرو، کیا تم قرآن کریم میں یہ نہیں پڑھتے " تمہارے لئے اللہ کے پیغمبر میں اسوہ حسنہ موجود ہے " نبی ﷺ نے نکاح بھی کیا ہے اور ان کے یہاں اولاد بھی ہوئی ہے۔
Sad bin Hisham kehte hain ki aik martaba main Hazrat Ayesha ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz kiya aye Ummulmomineen main gosha nasheen hona chahta hun unhon ne farmaya aisa mat karo kya tum Quran Kareem mein ye nahin parhte tumhare liye Allah ke Paighambar mein uswa hasna mojood hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne nikah bhi kiya hai aur unke yahan aulad bhi hui hai
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَتَبَتَّلَ؟ فَقَالَتْ: لَا تَفْعَلْ، أَلَمْ تَقْرَأْ: لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ سورة الأحزاب آية 21 قَدْ تَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَوُلِدَ لَهُ" .
