Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25126
Sharih said, "I asked Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, about the ruling on making up prayers after the Asr prayer. She said, 'You can pray. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, only forbade your people, the people of Yemen, from offering voluntary prayers at the time of sunrise.'"

شریح کہتے ہیں میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نماز عصر کے بعد قضاء نماز کا حکم پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا پڑھ سکتے ہو، نبی ﷺ نے تمہاری قوم یعنی اہل یمن کو طلوع آفتاب کے وقت نوافل پڑھنے سے منع فرمایا تھا۔
Shariah kehte hain maine Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se Namaz Asar ke baad Qaza Namaz ka hukum poocha to unhon ne farmaya parh sakte ho, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne tumhari qaum yani Ahle Yemen ko talu-e-aftab ke waqt nawafil parhne se mana farmaya tha.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ؟ فَقَالَتْ:" صَلِّ، إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَوْمَكَ أَهْلَ الْيَمَنِ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ إِذَا طَلَعَتْ الشَّمْسُ" .
